Shepherd X Working Dog

Lady is very active and will need at least a garden to run around – a farm would be better. She is ready to go to her new family now

She has been vet-wormed and vet-checked, and we can have her vaccinated at no extra cost if the new owner wants her to be.

Lady is a pup for experienced dog owners, since she will be big and boisterous and is very intelligent thus needing appropriate training, because otherwise, she will teach herself whatever she wants. Both of her parents are from working dog strains. She is also extremely affectionate and looking for people to bond with at the moment.

The father is a Doberman X and has a healthy weight of 42kg. The Shepherd mother weighs 25kg and prefers being outdoors to being indoors and is too excited for indoors. The dogs on the father’s side are working dogs, but love being inside as well, and are well-behaved inside and outdoors. Lady will be bigger than her mother, who is from a hunting dog strain.

Both parents, grandfather, and uncle can be seen. However, Lady is growing up fast and needs her own family, since it is simply not possible to give every puppy the attention they need at this age.

She has been around young children (1 to 5 years), and thus know children’s sounds and ways, but she cannot be kept with them for a while and until she has been well-trained. All puppies jump, bite, and scratch, and Lady is boisterous and strong and capable of knocking over a young child.

She is used to people, poultry and farm animals and would probably be best off as a single dog.

She is a bouncy puppy and will probably be more shepherd-like temperament-wise, but not as bouncy as some. Lady will be a big shepherd size. She was 8.7kg at 9 weeks of age and has traditional shepherd bi-colour markings. When I have her inside on her own, she likes a bit of cuddling, but also likes to roam around on her own.
