Dogdeals.ie reserve the right not to publish ads that do not meet the legal requirements e.g (Microchips registered with approved Irish database, correct mobile number, correct  email address), pups must be 8 weeks or older before they can be sold but can be advertised before this as long as they are microchipped and registered. 

If a user is posting 6 or more dogs for sale in a Callander year they need to register as a registered seller and add their registered ID number in all their ads online and offline. All ads are thoroughly checked before they are published live on site.

Dogdeals.ie reserves the right to edit any ad posted on our website without the consent of the user, or to remove/delete any ads or registered users without notice.

Dogdeals.ie reserve the right to remove any user showing suspicious behavior onsite, or sellers requesting down payments/delivery charges/online payments upfront. This is PROHIBITED on this website to protect buyers & sellers from being SCAMMED.

Dogdeals.ie Will not be held responsible for any loss of money due to user negligence or user not abiding by these recommendations set out here on our website.

Dogdeals.ie  are unable to offer refunds at this point in time. If it’s the case that your ad is not able to be published, then we will do our very best to help you to input all the correct information required in the advert so as to help get it online and hopefully a successful sale.

As part of our social marketing strategy, dogdeals.ie may occasionally publish your ad on our social media platforms/Google Ads campaigns and you may benefit by increasing your ad’s views which could lead to more potential buyers.

Dogdeals.ie reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
